How To Start A Vending Machine Business – Getting New Locations For Your Business

Building your vending business is very easy to do especially when you have the right tools for the job. Most people that get into this business unfortunately start building their business the wrong way.

When I first started in the business 10 years ago I hit the ground running cold calling and really just pounding the pavement going form one business to another asking them if they wanted or needed vending services.

Yes it did work but as time went on I found that for ever 20 – 30 places that I went to I would get 2 – 3 that would want more information and then maybe close the deal on one place.

So needless to say it took a lot of time and energy to get the results that I was looking for. Many of us want the pot of gold right away but one thing that you must remember that it takes time in any business to excel and succeed.

For me after only a few years of beating my head against the wall working in this fashion I decided to look at building my business in a different manner and started to really focus on marketing and business building tactics that would bring me better results.

Marketing is really the lifeline to any growing business, without it your business will sit dormant and you will never make the kind of money that you have always dreamed of. In vending locations are king and if you are building your vending machine business then locations are what you want and need on a regular basis.

So how do you find these locations anyways? Well that is easy! By using some basic tools and positioning yourself in front of your prospects properly. I have found that using the internet is a huge median and if you know how to do it then you can have a ton of local businesses calling you for your vending services on a regular basis.

This is by far the best way to build your business in my personal opinion. But there are so many ways to focus and build on the net some people seems to get over whelmed with information. I simply just focus on a few key aspects and tools to build my business.

The truth is that any one can use this stuff and get a wave of fresh new leads and new business if they really wanted too. Most new people to the business fail to take this kind of action though when getting into the business. From all of the training calls that I have done I have found that they are just simply new to the business and think that using the old day business building tactics are the way to start.

What usually end up happening though is that they end up pounding the pavement struggling and then go out and pay a fortune and hire a locating company to help them get new locations.

Then they come to me on my training calls and complain that they got taken for a ride!

My best piece of advice that I can give here is to invest in yourself and build your business on your own terms using your own energy and efforts to get the results that you desire. Don’t leave it to someone else to build your business.

The fact is that the vending operator’s biggest struggle is finding new locations for their machines to build their business. But if they had the right information about marketing then they would stand a far better chance to build and grow their vending machine businesses in the right direction.
